Job Role:
Sales Executive / Telecounselor
Location:
Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote aviation and hospitality courses.
Engage with students to understand their career interests and needs.
Provide detailed information about courses and their benefits.
Invite students for free career counseling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
Follow up with students regularly and resolve queries.
Generate leads and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹2.25 – ₹4.2 LPA

6-day working (Monday to Saturday, Sunday off)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications:
Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates/Undergraduates can apply)
Experience: 0–5 years in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation
Age: 18–30 years
